Sweat 30 is:

Sweat 30 is a thirty minute core and cardio workout intended to be a quick and effective way to stay on track as we move into Spring. You will do various challenging exercises to increase your heart rate, muscle strength and endurance.
This circuit style workout will give you that extra accountability and motivation to stay on track through the Spring months in preparation for your Summer FUN!
Join our fitness professionals for these 8 weeks for something exciting and different.
Trials begin at Erie street on March 30th, which also includes a potluck celebration that day. Please see timing information below.

They continue at both Erie Street and Washington Ave the week of April 1st- April 6th

Saturday, March 30:
9:45: Bring food and setup
10:05am: Trial of Sweat 30
10:35: Potluck celebration

Monday, April 1:
8:30am and 12pm at Washington Ave
4:30pm at Erie Street

Tuesday April 2:
6:00am Erie Street
6:00pm Washington Ave

Wednesday April 3:
6:30 am, 8:30am, 12pm at Washington Ave
5:30pm at Erie Street

Thursday April 4:
6:00pm at Erie Street
6:00pm at Washington ave

Friday April 5:
6:30am and 8:30am at Washington Ave
9:00am at Erie Street

Saturday April 6:
8:00am at Erie Street
8:00am at Washington Ave
