Sweat 30 is:

Sweat 30 is a thirty minute core and cardio workout intended to be a quick and effective way to stay on track as we move into Spring. You will do various challenging exercises to increase your heart rate, muscle strength and endurance.
This circuit style workout will give you that extra accountability and motivation to stay on track through the Spring months in preparation for your Summer FUN!
Join our fitness professionals for these 8 weeks for something exciting and different.

Sweat 30 Schedule:

8:30 am and 12pm at Washington Ave

6:00 pm Washington Ave

6:30 am, 8:30 am, 12:00 pm at Washington Ave

6:00 pm at Washington Ave

6:30 pm and 8:30 am at Washington Ave
9:00 am at Erie Street

8:00 am at Washington Ave
