About the Class
Saturday Sweat is a 30 minute core and cardio workout intended to be a quick and effective butt-kicking start to your Saturday. You will do various challenging exercises to increase your heart rate, muscle strength, and endurance. This circuit style workout will give you that extra accountability and motivation to stay on track through the weekend when we struggle the most. Personal Trainer Lauren Gedemer will lead the class.
Registration starts on December 11th. Sign up sheets are located at the front desk of the Washington Ave. club. Members and non-members are welcome. There will be a demo class available on Saturday, December 30 so that you can try the class out for free before you register. Registration for the demo class is also available at the front desk.
