Jacob background encompasses the full scope of health and fitness in the club setting. He has been a personal trainer, sports performance coach, group exercise instructor, sales associate, sports performance director and fitness manager.
With his experience and fitness knowledge, Jacob is able to lead all Razor Sharp departments as they strive to provide the best possible service to members.
Jacob can help you with any questions you may have about all of Razor Sharp Fitness. Razor Sharp Fitness has an amazing community of members who are active, caring and fun. Because of this, Jacob enjoys getting to know all of the members and talking to them about not only fitness, but all other aspects of the member’s life. In the time Jacob has been here, he has been able to create some great relationships at Razor Sharp and also in the Racine community.
Kate Thomas, Group Fitness Director

As Co-Owner and Group Fitness Manager at Razor Sharp Fitness., Kate Thomas embodies the Razor Sharp Fitness commitment to professional expertise in the design.
Kate has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University. With 19 years of experience in the fitness industry, she is familiar with a broad range of philosophies, fitness approaches and coaching techniques. She has worked at facilities across the United States as a personal trainer, sports performance coach, group exercise instructor, Fitness and Group Exercise Manager and Wellness Director.
Kate’s role as Co-Owner and Group Fitness Director at Razor Sharp gives her the opportunity to mentor and lead the team while educating members in support of their goals and exercise adherence.
Kate is supportive of each individuals needs and believes that while we may all have come to Razor Sharp Fitness for different reasons, the common goal is to be able to independently enjoy the lives we have for as long as we can.
Katelyn Sisler, Membership Sales & Onboarding Manager
B.S. in Philosophy of Religion and Humanistic Studies, UW-Milwaukee
Katelyn lives and breathes health and fitness. Having been an elite athlete most of her life, a career in the fitness industry only made sense. She is currently working towards earning her IFBB Pro Card with the National Physique Committee (NPC) and is aiming to qualify for worlds with USA Triathlon.
Katelyn has a degree in Philosophy of Religion and Humanistic Studies with a minor in Corporate Communications and English Literature from UW-Milwaukee. After college, she immersed herself into the fitness world, obtaining her ACE personal trainer certification, 200hr YTT certification, Strength and Conditioning certification and Corrective Exercise certification. Katelyn has spent the last decade as a top performing personal trainer in the Milwaukee area. Working with clients from all backgrounds and abilities, she has found a passion in teaching group fitness and Yoga as well.
Having managed multiple gyms at a time and being a leader to her teams, Katelyn comes with vast knowledge which she can use to help all members find the path of success that is best for them. She loves being a part of the Razor Sharp Fitness team and is committed to making connections as she gets to know the members.

Kris Leslie, Corporate Membership Director
B.S. in Exercise Science M.S. in Educational Psychology, UW Milwaukee
Certified Personal Trainer – A.C.E (American Council on Exercise)
With 30 years of experience ranging from Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Fitness Director, and even Health Club Manager, Kris is well versed in the fitness industry. To top off her amazing experience, she has two degrees from UW Milwaukee – a Bachelor’s in Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology.
While maintaining her role with Razor Sharp Fitness, Kris also works at Carthage College as an assistant Adjunct Professor for the Exercise Science Department. As an educator and teacher, Kris’ goal is to create awareness of how to live a healthier lifestyle, and this gives people the freedom to choose what will work best for them as individuals. Kris’ personal mission: to teach people how to live life to the fullest and be the best version of themselves. “It’s important to strive for progress, not perfection.”
