Virtual Les Mills Classes

 

at Erie Street Club

Les Mills classes at our Erie Street location are provided virtually. This means you and other class participants will use the studio room and provided equipment to follow along to classes on a TV. Our virtual classes allow for members to have greater class options and times to choose from. Gain all the benefits of an in-person class along with greater flexibility – ensuring you get the type of workout you want, when you want it.

Class Offerings

BARRE™ is a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout which combines graceful movements with high-rep body weight exercises. It is designed to strengthen postural muscles and allows you to feel focused throughout your day. Intensity is moderate – high. Class duration is 30 minutes.

BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body, and overall wellbeing. With elements of Tai Chi, Pilates and yoga moves, you will strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility and reduce stress. Intensity is low. Class durations are 30, 45, and 55 minutes.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial art-inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness and strengthens your whole body. This non-contact class will improve your agility, speed, and release stress to leave you to feel amazing. Intensity is moderate to high. Class duration is 30, 45, and 55 minutes.

BODYPUMP™ is a scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength and get you fit – fast. Intensity is moderate to high. Class duration is 30, 45, and 55 minutes.

LES MILLS CORE™ is an intense core workout for functional fitness. It’s scientifically designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, including the abs, glutes and back. Intensity is moderate. Class durations are 30 and 45 minutes.

GRIT™ STRENGTH and ATHLETIC are a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines scientifically- tested moves and weight exercises to build muscle and cardiovascular fitness. Intensity is high. Class duration is 30 minutes.

RPM™ is an indoor cycling workout that will shift your cardio fitness to a higher gear. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level, and hit an endorphin high. Intensity is moderate to high. Class duration is 30 and 45 minutes.
