Razor Sharp offers Les Mills group exercise classes. Mixing the hottest music with cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and the energy of many, Les Mills group classes make you fall in love with fitness.

In addition to our Les Mills classes we also have yoga and Silver Fitness classes. These classes are great for those looking for a lower intensity class that involves more stretching – perfect for active recovery or older members.

All classes are included in your membership — no additional fees! Everyone, no matter how “beginner,” is welcome in each class. Find the group exercise experience that is right for you by reviewing the class descriptions below.

Les Mills Exercise Classes

BODYPUMP™ is a scientifically-backed barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to build strength and get you fit – fast. Class intensity is moderate to high and results focus on strengthening muscles, improving bone health, building core strength, and getting fit.

RPM™ is an indoor cycling workout that will shift your cardio fitness to a higher gear. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level, and hit an endorphin high. Intensity is moderate to high. Results focus on building strong leg muscles, increasing cardio fitness and stamina, and feeling the endorphin rush.

LES MILLS TONE™ is the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training. It’s an all-in-one functional fitness mix that gives you the freedom to work out at your own intensity. Class intensity is moderate to high. Results focus on toning and strengthening muscles while taking your fitness to the next level.

LES MILLS Virtual classes are offered at our Erie Street location. Enjoy all the benefits of an in-person class: studio room, workout equipment, and a fun group environment with the added benefit of more class times. You and other class participants will follow along to virtual workouts displayed on a TV.

More Group Exercise Classes

Yoga focus on both breathing and proper alignment. You will flow through a series of salutations for a great cardio workout, while building strength, improving range of motion and balance. Modifications are always an option whether you need a progression or regression in a movement.

Silver Sneakers® /Silver Fitness – Designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and coordination. Participants will use a chair for some exercises.
