Core Workout with Kris

At-home core workout with Corporate Membership Director, Kris Leslie.

Equipment needed: mat or can substitute with carpet, a blanket, towel, etc.

Stretch between each exercise.

1. Frog crunches – 10 reps
2. Forearm plank with knee taps – 8 taps each side
3. Dead bugs – 5 reps each side
4. Russian twists – 10 reps each side
5. Full arm plank with diagonal knee tucks – 5 tucks each side
6. Windshield wipers – 6 reps each side
7. Rotational side planks – 6 reps each side
8. Bird dogs – 10 reps each side

Repeat 1-3 times!
