Aquatics Schedule

Aquatic Class Descriptions:

Aquacise – provides a low-intensity, low-impact workout with a number of different movements aimed at increasing flexibility, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Intermediate Aquacise – varies in intensity levels to increase endurance, as well as power, strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Therapeutic Fitness – a low-intensity class designed to alleviate the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia and other related diseases. You will be instructed through exercises to encourage and promote flexibility, range of motion and pain relief.

Deep Water Challenge – a high-intensity class designed for those who wish to obtain a full cardiovascular workout, while using the natural resistance of the water to help increase your strength, power, endurance and range of motion.

Warm Water Challenge –Varies in intensity levels with a mix of cardio and toning to increase strength and endurance.

Aqua Fit– the core is activated with invigorating continuous movement in the shallow water for all ages with the collaboration of challenging movements to improve strength and agility using gravity, water resistance and aqua equipment. No swimming skills required. Done by dark.
