Adult Strength Training

Razor Sharp’s SPS program offers classes specifically for adults seeking to enhance their athletic performance across all recreational or competitive sports.

SPS Adult Strength is for you if you:

  • Are injury-free
  • Have a background in weight training, sports performance or CrossFit
  • Are training for a sport or event (marathon, golf, summer softball)

When?

Monday/Friday:

5am, 6am, 9am

Tuesday/Thursday:

5am, 6am

Wednesday:

9am

Saturday:

8:30am

How?

SPS Adult Strength training uses the same methods used by collegiate and professional strength and conditioning programs:

  •  Resistance & Power Training
  •   Plyometrics
  •  Speed & Agility
  • Mobility/Flexibility

How Much?

Depends upon number of times per week and the length of program you choose.
