Razor Sharp’s SPS program offers classes specifically for adults seeking to enhance their athletic performance across all recreational or competitive sports.
SPS Adult Strength is for you if you:
- Are injury-free
- Have a background in weight training, sports performance or CrossFit
- Are training for a sport or event (marathon, golf, summer softball)
5am, 6am, 9am
SPS Adult Strength training uses the same methods used by collegiate and professional strength and conditioning programs:
- Resistance & Power Training
- Speed & Agility
Depends upon number of times per week and the length of program you choose.
