20/30 Weight Loss and Wellness Program

We’re pleased to announce that we are now a part of 20/30 Fast Track, a nationally recognized program within the wellness community.
What Does 20/30 Mean?
It means you will lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days.

Tools For Success
The 20/30 program also sets itself apart from other programs because it provides each you with tools for success. You are given a detailed, easy to follow recipe book and provides you with a structured eating plan which takes the guess work out of the food component of weight loss. The program is also restaurant friendly so that yoy do not have to completely alter your lifestyle and social activities. There is group support each week and daily coaching and motivation which keeps you accountable and moving in the right direction. You can also find more support and recipe ideas in the national Facebook private group.
