Personal Trainer Nick Estep wants you to
Make December the month you think and act outside the box:
We offer a lot of great things at Razor Sharp. However, you are most likely going to spend more time outside our facilities during this month than other months of the year. Even if you spend two hours here every day, that’s only about 8 percent of your entire time. My challenge for you for the upcoming months is to focus on making a few changes each week to enhance your results in the gym, but also your overall health.
Your health is truly a result of a series of small decisions that overlap and build off each other. Being mindful of little things is going to pay dividends in the future.
Don’t limit your mind to thinking the results are only coming from the gym. We live in an age of convenience with the ability to get many things we want in minutes or even seconds. This is what I enjoy about health and fitness, it’s “unbuyable” – the effort you put in is directly related to what you will get out of it. Continually challenge yourself to improve, because it’s always easier to be proactive than reactive.
