Metabolic Testing

We use the BodyGem by Healthe Tech which is a handheld indirect calorimeter that measures resting metabolic rate (RMR), which is the number of calories a person burns in a day at rest. Knowing your RMR is a key element in monitoring your nutritional and exercise needs in order to achieve healthy weight management goals.

The BodyGem is easy to use, delivering a RMR measurement quickly and accurately. Metabolic testing is performed by our personal trainers and registered nurse.
