Swedish Massage
By using long flowing strokes, Swedish Massage relaxes muscles and improves circulation throughout the body.

Deep Tissue Massage
A variety of therapeutic techniques are used to release chronic tension, relieve pain and ease muscle fatigue. It is effective in opening musculature, restoring elasticity and releasing toxins. Works best for target areas.

Sea Salt Glow
A great finale to a massage or rejuvenating on its own. Exfoliates the hands, feet and back and leaves your skin silky smooth. Great for the dry winter season. 15 minutes

Face Massage
Manipulation of the muscles in the head, neck and face . Great for tension headaches, enhances circulation and provides a “de-wrinkle” effect leaving you with a healthy glow.

Foot Massage
Incorporating reflexology, this massage focuses on pressure points in the foot that trigger relaxation throughout the body.

Krista Reisenbuechler
A graduate of the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness, Krista has been practicing massage since 1999. Along with the traditional techniques of massage such as Swedish and deep tissue, she is also trained in Eastern philosophies of shiatsu, Reiki and Thai massages. She is dedicated to working with the client, blending all of her techniques to create the ultimate massage for you and your body. She also completes continuing education to give you the most updated methods of massage, so there is nothing but the best experience for each client.
Heather Boll
Heather graduated from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness in 2006. She passed the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage in 2007. She believes massage is beneficial for health, wellness and stress reduction. Heather enjoys the massage profession and personalizes each session whether doing a chair or table massage. She looks forward to meeting you and serving your needs.
