Water Aerobics Class Descriptions
Aquasize
Aquasize provides a low-intensity, low-impact workout with a number of different movements aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular ability.
Intermediate Aquasize
This class varies in intensity levels to increase endurance, as well as power, strength and cardiovascular ability.
Deep Water Aquasize
This low-impact, high-intensity workout uses the waters resistance to increase muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular ability.
Water Walking
This low-impact, low-intensity class is aimed at increasing flexibility and reducing muscle and joint stiffness.
Therapeutic Fitness
This zero-impact, low-intensity class is designed to alleviate the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other related diseases. You will be instructed through exercises to encourage and promote flexibility, range of motion, and pain relief.
Aquadance
This innovative class will vary from low to high intensity and will focus on increasing flexibility, endurance, cardiovascular ability, and strength, while using traditional and dance inspired movements in the water with low to moderate impact.
Aqua Boot Camp
This very-intense class is designed for those who wish to obtain a full cardiovascular workout, while using the natural resistance of the water to help increase your strength, power, endurance, and your range of motion.
