
Exercise has a huge impact on how we look and feel, however, proper nutrition can be the difference between success or failure in your overall fitness program. Eating right can improve your health, energy levels and decrease the likelihood of specific diseases. Razor Sharp’s Wellness Consultant Suzanne Williamson can work with you to assess your current eating habits and health concerns, and then outline strategies and nutrition options to accomplish your goals and improve your health.
Suzanne, who is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Diabetes Educator, is available for individual consultations and she also conducts a 12-week group weight-loss program.

Group Weight-Loss Program
Suzanne conducts the “Transitions Lifestyle Management System,” a 12 -week weight loss program and support group. This program presents a fresh approach to healthy living. The system encompasses a Low Glycemic index meal plan, exercise, stress reduction, journaling, goal setting, positive affirmation, and tailored supplementation (for some) that together is easy to follow and maintain throughout life. Transitions is NOT a diet, but a way of life!
