Alan has over 13 years of personal training experience. He started his career in the fitness industry because of his passion for exercise and his desire to help people improve their health and well-being. He enjoys creating fun and exciting exercise programs using functional movements and non-traditional training methods to keep people energized about exercise.
Personal Training Philosophy: Fitness and wellness is a journey. I listen to my clients goals, desires, and concerns and then develop a plan to guide them on their journey. I feel it is important to keep open communication throughout the training process and adjust programs accordingly.

Nick has been involved in a variety of settings as both a student and athlete. Upon finishing his eligibility in college wrestling, he became an assistant coach and a strength and conditioning coordinator for the wrestling team. During that time, he was also personal training and working in the university exercise physiology lab. After leaving Steven’s Point, he traveled to Green Bay to intern with XL Athletic Performance and began personal training people of all ages and abilities.

Jenny joined Razor Sharp Fitness in July of 2010. She has experience in a variety of athletics including volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Along with her athletic background, Jenny is a mother who understands the struggles and challenges getting back in shape after having a baby. Before joining the Razor Sharp Team Jenny spent a year developing her skills, and knowledge at a private training studio in Hartland, WI.
Personal Training Philosophy: In order to function in life effectively you must train functionally. You cannot have a strong body without having a strong core.

Max has had a passion for fitness and athletics his whole life. He grew up participating in several sports including football, basketball, and baseball. He has trained clients of all ages and abilities, from high school athletes to retirees. With his experience and knowledge, he wants to help people progress towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
