Swedish Massage
By using long flowing strokes, Swedish Massage relaxes muscles and improves circulation throughout the body.

Member: 30 minute $35; 60 minute $55; 90 minutes $80

Deep Tissue Massage
A variety of therapeutic techniques are used to release chronic tension, relieve pain and ease muscle fatigue. It is effective in opening musculature, restoring elasticity and releasing toxins. Works best for target areas.

Chair Massage
Performed fully dressed in a unique and exceptionally comfortable chair, this massage concentrates on your back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.

Hot Stone Massage

The placement of smooth, heated stones on key points of the body along with long-gliding strokes for ultimate relaxation.

Myofascial Release Treatment
(Christine, Judy & Deb)

Long and slow strokes are used to move the fascia, which is the layer of tissue surrounding each muscle. This can help eliminate pain and restore motion.

Sports Massage
Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons and can be a great benefit before or after a specific athletic event. But you don't have to be an athlete for this technique to be helpful. Anyone with chronic pain, injury or range of motion issue will benefit.

Massage Therapists

Krista Reisenbuehler
A graduate of the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness, Krista has been practicing massage since 1999. Along with the traditional techniques of massage such as Swedish and deep tissue, she is also trained in Eastern philosophies of shiatsu, Reiki and Thai massages. She is dedicated to working with the client, blending all of her techniques to create the ultimate massage for you and your body. She also completes continuing education to give you the most updated methods of massage so there is nothing but the best experience for each client.

Christine Kane
Christine has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. She graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee and is a Nationally and Wisconsin Certified Massage Therapist. Christine is proficient in many massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue/Therapeutic, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Raindrop, Sports, Pregancy (past the first trimester), Pediatric, Geriatric and Special Needs. She enjoys continuing her education and researching issues related to massage, health and kinesiology. Christine feels that her gentle and relaxed demeanor helps to provide you with a wonderfully executed massage that is tailored to your needs and will help heal you emotionally, mentally and physically.

Judy Warner
Judy had been in corporate America for years when she realized that massage therapy was her true calling. She graduated from the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness in 2003. Judy specializes in helping those with chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. She also practices trigger point therapy, hot stone, myofascial release, and reiki. Still enhancing her skills, Judy is currently studying shamanic healing, equine massage and Hawaiin healing at the Reiki Council in Chicago. Judy looks foward to helping you achieve ultimate relaxation and comfort with her unique approach.

Deb Kohn
Deb is a 2001 graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and is nationally and Wisconsin State Certified. Deb specializes in a therapeutic approach to chronic pain management, performance, myofascial release and deep tissue massage while offering effective self-care strategies.
