Coach Len Cabaltera - Cycling: Len was born in Okinawa, is a father of three, and has been active in road, mt. bike, track and BMX racing since 1986. A former USA Cycling Midwest Regional Coach, Len is a Level III USA Cycling Coach (pending) and has coached several Wisconsin and U.S. National Champions. Len has won 18 State medals, is a 4-time American Bicycle Racing National Champion and a bronze medal winner at the U.S. Masters Nationals Championships in the Team Sprint.
Resident Athlete Rita Kacala - Cycling: Rita hails from Minnesota, is a mom of two, and has raced bicycles for over a decade. Rita is a Level III USA Cycling Coach, Reebok Indoor Cycling instructor and former USA Cycling Official. Rita is the former age group winner of the Chequamegon Fat Tire Festival, Wisconsin Off-Road Mt. Bike Series and, overall women’s winner of the 2007 John Muir 6 Hour Mountain Bike Race, as well as several podium appearances at the 2005 Masters National Track Championships.
Coach Gordy Kacala - Triathlon: Gordy is a Milwaukee native, father of two, USA Cycling Level II and Triathlon Level I Coach and Reebok Indoor Cycling Instructor. He has trained endurance athletes for over a decade, including 5 years as coach of the Hayes Youth Cycling Team and coaching assistant for Midwestern State University men’s team at Collegiate Track Cycling Nationals in 2006. As a competitor, Gordy has completed three marathons and numerous half-marathons, 10K and 5 mile races, mt. bike and track races.
Resident Athlete Kris Siudak - Triathlon: Kris is a Racine native and is ranked among the top 6% of 35-39 year old women in the nation after only 4 years of competition. A mom of three, her accomplishments include the 2006 Wisconsin Ironman and 2007 age group winner in the Danskin and Lake Geneva Triathlons and Racine Half Marathon, as well as a 2nd age group finish in the 15K Lakefront Discovery Run. Kris competed in her first elite competition in 2007 at the 2007 Chicago Accenture Triathlon.
