Acupuncture: Tiny disposable needeles are strategically placed into specific points on the body. They harmonize the bodies' energy and clear stagnation.
Gua Sha: A pocelain spoon or gua sha tool is scraped over the skin surface with oil to release "sha." It can relieve muscle pain and promote circulation.
Cupping: Heat is introduced inside a glass cup to creat a vacuum seal between the cup and the body. It can remove toxins, break up phlegm and promote circulation.
Tui Na: A Chinese theraputic massage technique that can stimulate the muscles and meridians to promote the flow of Qi.
Electro Acupuncture: A gentle electrical current is placed on the acupuncture needles to enhance the stimulation of the needles and increase the flow of energy.

Kelly Westerlund, BS/MSOM, L.Ac.
Kelly graduated Suma Cum Laude with the combined degrees of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, and is certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine).
Kelly has been a practicing Acupuncturist since 2004, and she is a National Examiner for the CCAOM (Council of Colleges in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Clean Needle Exam. Along with her training as a general practitioner, Kelly’s clinical specialty is Traumatology and Sports Injury.
Juanita Richter, BS/MSOM, LAc.
Juanita is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Wisconsin, operating her practice as Ancient Healing Acupuncture and Herbs LLC. She graduated from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine with a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She has extensive training in all areas of Chinese Medicine, and has over 900 hours of clinic time treating over 400 patients with multiple symptom presentations.
In addition to her extensive training in Oriental Medicine, she has studied how energy moves in the body and has over 10 years of experience using Crystals and Reiki. Juanita believes that all pain and illness come from energy that is blocked somewhere in the body and that TCM along with Crystals and Reiki can be used to help energy move freely in the body.
